FOCUS: IT Strategy & Roadmap, IT Sourcing, Integration and Transformation, Vendor Selection, IT Operational Management, IT Cost Modelling, Contracting, IT Service Management, Project Management.

• In collaboration with Business Engagement Leads, developed and sustained effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, driving visibility in JDE’s technological landscape and architecture, providing insights and advice on opportunities to leverage technology for business outcomes, and pulling in key stakeholders into solution discussions and plans as appropriate.
• Ensuring effective leadership, teamwork and collaboration with IT directors, managers and staff across IT to achieve a unified and responsive IT services approach to the Business. Advising Global IT Director on IT Strategy and support in developing standards (architectural vision and framework, digital strategy) and policies for Network & Security Services.
• Responsible for managing and coordination of ALL Infrastructure projects and services, and services life cycle phases during the Integration of Jacobs Douwe Egberts. Responsible for the quality and continuity of the delivery of IT Services, acting as a single point of contact responsible for ensuring delivery according to SLAs.
